{{abilities:divine_insights.png?nolink}} A unit with divine insights may [[research]] even if they would otherwise be unable to do so, however the number of them which can research in any given province is capped by the local [[dominion]] value. Having "Auto-Assign Commanders" enabled in the Options menu allows them to Research past the local maximum in the turn you get them, however (this is most certainly a bug).
