A couple commanders being slow-to-recruit are not accounted for in the RP/CP column: Boudas (Machaka) and Dactyloi (Therodos).
Where are the extra .1s in RP per CP coming from? For example, Haliades (Oceania) are shown as being 9.1 RP/CP in M3 scales, when it should be just 9 RP/CP. On a similar note, Brides-in-Waiting (Berytos) should be 6/5.25/4.5 RP/CP, not 6.05/5.3/4.55 RP/CP. It seems to be a inconsistent between entries and I'm not sure if it's to represent infrastructure costs or just a math error.
