Teleport

A unit with this ability can move to any province within its map move range regardless of terrain (running rivers, frozen mountain passes), enemy presence, or bodies of water between its starting point and its destination. Please note that while hostile units between provinces are not an issue, hostile units in the target province are very much a threat (or a target, depending on one's level of preparation). Please also note that the ability to travel to a province does not protect the unit from the effects of the province terrain they arrive at, therefore, e.g., an air breathing unit that somehow teleports into deep sea will drown.
