Healer

A Healer is one gifted in the art of healing, specifically when it comes to curing Afflictions such as Disease, "battle fright", and missing limbs. The curative process still takes significant time, and thus happens outside of battle.

Healing functions the same as Recuperation, except for the following twists:

It's possible for a Healer to "cure" multiple units in a single turn, if their point value of the trait is 2 or higher. It isn't clear if Healers focus their trait on one unit at a time, though, dumping all of their Healer effects on one unit at a time (until they're tapped out for the turn).

Like with the Recuperation trait, the Healer trait does not work on the Undead or Inanimates. The Undead need Corpse Stitchers, Healers dedicated specifically for them. These are not very common, but Late Agartha has them in abundance.

Healers are slightly more common than Corpse Stitchers, but still quite rare. They're rarest in the Middle Ages, where only Middle Arcoscephale has them. They're most common in the Early Ages, where Arcoscephale, Ermor, and Hinnom have them. There is only one Healer item in the game: The Chalice, an Artifact.

Disease Healer

A Disease Healer can only cure the Disease Affliction. This ability is still quite useful, however, due to Disease having multiple extra sources. The trait can be applied by holding a Miraculous Cure All Elixir.
