Phlegra is a Spartan-themed kingdom, of human slaves and their less-human overlords. It may refer to:

• MA Phlegra, Deformed Giants ← This one has raging scaly-legged Giants, helped by human students and Cyclopean smiths.
• LA Phlegra, Sleeping Giants ← This one is stewarded by avaricious humans and cyclopes, whose crazed masters will eventually return.

Both focus on Earth and Fire magic, elite troops of limited numbers, and unorthodox means of magical Communion.
