Death weapons are a possible bless effect. Being struck by a death weapon causes the recipient to make two magic resistance rolls: failing the first causes a subject to suffer 2 armor negating magical damage, whilst failing the second afflicts the subject with disease. Both rolls are made, regardless of the result of the magic resistance checks.
