Firstly and foremostly – I am bad at thugging / SC building. There are many players better than me regarding the topic – however I cannot see an advanced guide as of yet – so I’m doing one up in the hopes of expanding as time goes on. I invite community feedback and additions for things that work or fail, as ultimately it's a wide and complicated topic and I'm no expert - just the guy writing the wiki.

This is meant as an intermediate to advanced guide to thugging. It is far from comprehensive, but is designed to cover a lot of the core concepts - and has examples of good/bad thugs for comparison. It's still a WIP, particularly the 'bad examples' part of it - which is thugs that look like they should work but fail for various reasons (I want to flesh out quite a few examples of these to really help cut down on the common errors players face).

It's been blocked into 3 core sections.

1. The first has a lot of the theory behind thugging. It's where you find the math, the theory, the links and the like.
2. The second goes into specific examples that have been proven to work or not work. This brings the theory in the first section together into practical usable examples, and helps solidify the concepts to what does and does not work.
3. The third section is the tables of common thug items up to const5 and common thug buff spells up to Magic4. This is deliberate. A lot of options open up at higher magic and con7, but that would ultimately bloat the article beyond usefulness - so I've tried to keep it tight. It doesn't list every item usable, and every item has its role, but rather focuses on the main thugging items.
