The unit produces additional resources for the current province by as much as the displayed value. The bonus is unaffected by Scales, giving you the full benefit even with Sloth, and no extra benefit with Productivity.

Ice Forging produces resources based on the temperature of the province. The amount in Cold 1 is the displayed value of the ability, which is doubled or tripled in Cold 2 and 3 respectively. At neutral temperature or Heat, no extra resources are generated.
